特別喜歡這本書是因為字很少，我計算過了，每一頁最多3行字，非常適合想看看書卻沒耐心閱讀，一打開書本看到密密麻麻的文字就打哈欠想睡覺的人。

作者採用簡單易懂的文字，並配上好看生動的插圖，帶出引人深思的話語，小孩大人都適合看。

如果你目前過得很不快樂，對工作、同事、上司、老闆不滿意；如果你正在人生十字路口徘徊，不確定要去東南西北哪個方向，你開始懷疑人生了。來，看一看這本書。

是的，我知道大家都懶惰 “讀” 書，所以我只叫你 “看一看”，因為每一頁最多3行字，去書中尋找那些能激發你的語錄吧。

我挑幾句跟大家分享：

1. 如果你說，你做的是一個你 “並不想一直做下去的工作” ，那你為什麼現在還在做呢？
If you say your job is something you “don’t plan on doing forever,” then why are you doing it now?

2. 不好的團隊在同一個地方工作。好的團隊一起工作。
Bad teams work in the same place. Good teams work together.

3. 團隊不是一群一起工作的人。團隊是一群相互信任的人。
A team is not a group of people who work together. A team is a group of people who trust each other.

4. 想法可以天馬行空。但是行動才會造成影響。
Genius is in the idea. Impact come from action.

5. 我們什麼時候開始，這並不重要。我們從哪裡開始，這也不重要。
重要的是，我們開始了。
It doesn’t matter when we start. It doesn’t matter where we start. All that matter is that we start.

6. 領導不是大權在握。領導是在照顧那些託付給你的人。
Leadership is not about being in charge. Leadership is about taking care of those in your charge.

7. 生命之所以美好，不是因為我們看到什麼或做了什麼。生命之所以美好，因為我們遇到的人。
Life is beautiful not because of the things we see or the things we do. Life is beautiful because of the people we meet.

8. 不要抱怨，做出貢獻。
Don’t complain, contribute.

9. 願景就像是夢——要是我們不拿出實際的行動，它就會消失。大張旗鼓，或是做點小改變都好。不要再想了，大膽試一試吧。
A vision is like a dream – it will disappear unless we do something with it. Do something big or do something small. But stop wondering and go on an adventure.

10. 當我們把自己什麼地方不懂，大聲說出來，別人幫助我們的機會也就增加了。
When we say out loud what we don’t know, it increases the likehood that someone who does know will offer help.

11. 我們一個人就可以失敗。但成功總是要集眾人的力量。
Failure we can do alone. Success always takes help.
